Karolyn did a wonderful job helping us find and get our new home here in Hillsboro. She found us a lot of good places that matched what we were looking for and was very quick to help us put in an offer on a place that we just happened to drive by that was exactly what we wanted. She really helped when we found some issues with the place and helped us negotiate with the seller and pointed at us at contractors who could handle the work. The same when she was able to point us to a lender that would work with us when my bank was being difficult about what should have been an easy loan in my eyes. With all the bumps we ran into we would have been pretty lost without her input.
