I recently had a great experience with a new listing that I posted Friday (4/11/14). I was asked by my clients if I have used a professional photographer. I said I always felt like my pictures were adequate and my clients have been happy in the past. I went away pondering the possibility of expanding to a more “professional” touch. I was able to post beautiful pictures and add a virtual tour from Mark and more the next morning. He made postcards with the townhome and my clients felt like they had not ever seen pictures like this of their townhome! They also commented on the fact that they have been looking for replacement property for the past 3 months and have not seen pictures this good.
