My name is Karolyn Wold and I am so happy you have discovered my web page. I am a licensed realtor at MORE Realty in Portland, Oregon and have been involved with Real Estate for over 19 years.

I have been in the Portland area most of my life. I was born and raised in the Hillsboro, Oregon area. Along with my real estate business, my husband and I have been home builders & remodelers in the Portland for over 20 years. My husband Gary works with me. As a retired building contractor, he is my expert on overall structural integrity, siding, foundations, and most of the other working parts of a house. He lets me know if he sees any flags the first time we visit a home, before a buyer wants to go into contract.

I am a full time Realtor. My kids are grown – and working in Real Estate is what I do. My credentials include:

CRS ( Certified Residential Specialist )
ABR ( Accredited Buyer’s Rep )
CNE ( Certified Negotiations Expert)

Aside from all the complexities of buying or selling a home, I know that each transaction involves working with people. I feel that is what I do best! I take care of my clients. Their contentment and happiness with their final home choice is what I work to accomplish.
